Leberkäse
Description
Leberkäse is an excellent substitute for store-bought sausage, and you can be fully confident in its natural ingredients. Serve it hot with any side dish. If you cool it thoroughly and refrigerate it for several hours, it will firm up and hold its shape better. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
