Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In my opinion, this unusual combination of Italian and French cuisine yields an amazing result—lasagna in the style of "Ratatouille"! The dish is juicy, hearty, packed with vegetables and cheese, simply a dream! Be sure to try making it according to my recipe. All the vegetable layers are repeated and alternated with cheese and tomato-meat sauce. The aroma is simply magical. Serve the finished dish at the table.

1. Prepare the ingredients and let's get started!

2. Wash the eggplants, dry them, and slice thinly. Salt and spray with vegetable oil.

5. Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion and sweet pepper, sauté them in a spoonful of vegetable oil until soft.

8. Combine the ricotta with the egg, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix. Grate the hard cheese finely.

14. Generously spread a layer of zucchini with tomato sauce, then add ricotta and cheese. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used up. The top layer should be zucchini, neatly arranged in a crisscross pattern. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30–35 minutes.
