
Baked lasagna

Onion, celery stalk, and carrot need to be grated on a fine grater or finely chopped using a food processor.

Then add these vegetables to a saucepan with heated olive oil and fry, stirring, for about 15 minutes.

Then add the pancetta (bacon) minced with a blender to the vegetables.
