Lasagna in Bread
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Lasagna in "Flowering" bread is another dish from the "guests at the doorstep" series. It comes together relatively quickly, especially if you use store-bought Béchamel and Bolognese sauces. But even if you plan to make the sauces yourself, that won't take much time either. The lasagna turns out very, very delicious. Crispy, fragrant bread cut into pieces pairs beautifully with the tender sauce. It's wonderfully tasty to dip a piece of bread into the sauces. You can't remain indifferent to a dish like this—take my word for it. And now read my recipe. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Bolognese sauce can be bought ready-made at the supermarket, or you can make it yourself—the recipe is on the website.
- 2
Step 2

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (40 seconds on high power). Press the garlic through a garlic press, finely chop the parsley, and mix everything with the butter.
- 3
Step 3

Make a round cutout in the middle of the bread and remove the crumb. Then make slits along the edges of the cutout, as shown in the photo.
- 4
Step 4

Brush the bread on top and in the middle with the prepared fragrant butter. Transfer the bread to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes (temperature — 200 degrees).
- 5
Step 5

Spread the Bolognese sauce on the toasted bread and press down lightly.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and spread as the second layer.
- 7
Step 7

And the final layer is the Béchamel sauce.
- 8
Step 8

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. That will be enough time for the cheese inside to melt and for everything to turn into one unified and very tasty dish.
- 9
Step 9

Serve hot.
