Spinach and Cheese Lasagna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Spinach and cheese lasagna has a very delicate and pleasant taste, enhanced by spices. A bit of garlic, a touch of nutmeg, the aroma of spinach combined with a smooth béchamel sauce makes spinach and cheese lasagna exquisite. If you can't find ricotta cheese, simply use fresh low-fat cottage cheese. Boil the lasagna sheets for a couple of minutes. To prevent the Parmesan from burning during baking (if there is not enough sauce), you can cover the dish with foil and remove it 10 minutes before it's done. Good luck, and the finished dish can be served.
