
Lasagna with tomatoes and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preparing this lasagna is quite easy and requires only a few ingredients. I used both canned and fresh tomatoes—this makes the flavor more aromatic. For the lasagna, I chose mozzarella cheese, but you can combine it with other types of cheese to suit your taste. Serve hot.

Gather all the necessary ingredients to make tomato and cheese lasagna.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the canned tomatoes, mix and simmer for a few minutes.

Dice fresh tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper, and dried basil. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Pour a little sauce into the baking dish and place the lasagna sheets on top.

Spread a little more sauce on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
