Lasagna with minced meat in a multicooker
Description
Here is a simple way to prepare minced meat lasagna in a multicooker at home. As pasta sheets, I used regular thin lavash bread, available in almost every store. The filling was made from ground meat, vegetables, and herbs. The lasagna is poured with a milk-based sauce and topped with hard cheese. Happy cooking!
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the vegetables and greens under cold water. Cut everything into medium pieces.

Step 2

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, sauté onion and zucchini in "Frying" mode. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn into a puree-like consistency.

Step 3

Place the minced meat, add salt. Fry until the meat is fully cooked, then add herbs and garlic, mix well. Turn off the multicooker.

Step 4

We cut each lavash sheet in half. Place a portion of lavash on the bottom of the pot, then one-third of the filling on top, followed by another layer of lavash and another third of the filling. In this way, we create a kind of pie.

Step 5

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, add flour and a pinch of salt. Stirring, bring to a boil and thicken. Pour this sauce over the last layer of lavash. Optionally, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Step 6

Bake the lasagna in a multicooker for 40-50 minutes using the "Baking" mode.
