Lasagna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We absolutely love lasagna as a family! I often bake it properly in the oven in a beautiful dish. But sometimes, when I don't feel like bothering, I cook it in a skillet. Lots of cheese, tomatoes, delicious sausage, and lasagna sheets—that's all you need for a tasty, hearty Italian dish. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the herbs and vegetables under cool water. Peel the onion and garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add the chopped sausage, mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the coarsely chopped spinach, mix well.

Step 3

Pour in the tomato puree, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes. If the tomatoes have produced excessive acidity, you can add sugar to taste.

Step 4

Break the lasagna sheets into 2-3 pieces, place them into the sauce, making sure the sauce is between the layers of lasagna sheets. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pasta is tender.

Step 5

Add ricotta and mozzarella, grated finely. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Add a little hot water if needed and cook for 3 minutes.
