Description
The recipe won't take much time. This time I decided to make a very appetizing and healthy vegetable lasagna. As a layer, I used traditional lasagna pasta sheets, which are available in any store today. This amazing vegetable lasagna turns out delicious and filling when made at home. Give it a try. 1. Chop the mushrooms, zucchini, onion, and garlic.

2. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

3. Mix the ricotta with the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper in a frying pan.

5. Pour the wine into the vegetables and simmer until tender. Season with red pepper and garnish with chopped parsley.
