Puff pastry lasagna
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For lasagna made with puff pastry, you can use canned tomatoes in their own juice instead of fresh ones, especially if you're cooking during winter. Be sure to prepare the mushrooms with onions as a sauce to keep the lasagna juicy—add the desired amount of mayonnaise, or better yet, sour cream, and don't forget the spices. You can always slightly modify any recipe to suit your taste. Good luck! Serve hot.
