
Pasta lasagna with minced meat

Finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic using a garlic press.

Grate the carrot finely on a grater.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Cut the pepper into strips.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Boil the pasta in boiling water. Cook until done, 8-10 minutes. Drain the excess liquid from the cooked pasta.

Let's prepare the "Béchamel" sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet, then gradually add the flour. Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Then add the milk and season with salt. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Sauté onion and garlic in a frying pan until golden brown, for 2-3 minutes.

Add the carrots and peppers to the pan. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Place the minced meat and finely chopped herbs in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Fry for 8–10 minutes. Then add tomatoes and a little sugar on top. Cook the vegetables over medium heat for the next 10–15 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

Grease a deep baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour half of the béchamel sauce onto the bottom, then layer 1/3 of all the pasta on top. Place half of the meat mixture sautéed with vegetables over the pasta. Continue layering as follows: pasta, meat mixture, pasta, sauce. Finish with cheese, grated on top of the lasagna. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
