Description

The recipe won't take much time. Instead of lasagna sheets, we'll use thin zucchini slices. We'll replace the Bolognese sauce with cottage cheese. We'll keep the béchamel sauce and also add some tomato sauce and cheese. This lasagna turns out delicious, tender, and very appetizing. You can serve it either hot or cold. Make a note of it—serve warm.

    Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add salt and pepper, and a chicken egg.
