Zucchini Lasagna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Zucchini lasagna has a very delicate flavor, and the zucchini go very well with the lasagna sheets and béchamel sauce. Mix the grated cheeses, but set aside some Parmesan for sprinkling on the top layer. Of course, preparing lasagna is somewhat labor-intensive—you need to separately prepare the components: cook the sauce, chop and sauté the vegetables, then assemble the layers. The order of the layers isn't crucial, as long as they are evenly repeated. Good luck! The finished dish is ready to be served.
