Eggplant lasagna with minced meat
Description
Eggplant lasagna with minced meat takes about an hour and a half to prepare. It is recommended to dip the lasagna sheets into boiling water for three minutes, then immediately transfer them into cold water. Blend the tomatoes in their own juice with a blender until smooth, then add spices. You can also add some herbs. If you cannot find ricotta cheese, use fresh low-fat cottage cheese instead. It is important that it is not sour. Good luck and enjoy!
