Quick lasagna
Description
For a quick lasagna recipe, you can use any canned fish you have on hand. Leftover baked or stewed fish from last night's dinner will also work well. 1. To prepare the filling, mix the cream with cottage cheese thoroughly. Add a handful of fresh herbs, a pinch of salt, and pepper to taste. 2. You can use fresh or canned green peas. 3. Place 3 lasagna sheets (depending on the size of the dish, you may need more) into a greased heatproof baking dish. To make the quick lasagna cook even faster at home, you can dip the sheets into hot water for a minute. 4. Spread a small amount of the cottage cheese filling over the sheets. Add about one-third of the canned fish, drained of liquid, and layer the peas on top. 5. Repeat the layers in the same order until all ingredients are used up. 6. Top with a little butter or a sprinkle of water. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and place the dish in a preheated oven. 7. Once a delicious golden crust forms, the dish is ready to serve.
