Lasagna without dough
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are several variations of the no-noodle lasagna recipe. As a base, you can also use zucchini, fresh tomatoes, and slices of bell pepper, for example. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and add the mushrooms. If desired, you can also add onion and garlic to the no-boil lasagna recipe, sautéing them together with the mushrooms. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat until done.

Step 2

2. Meanwhile, cook fresh or frozen spinach. Then squeeze out excess liquid so it's not watery.
- 3
Step 3

3. Wash the eggplant, dry it, and slice into medium rounds. Lightly salt and let sit for 5-7 minutes. Then rinse off the salt and thoroughly dry.
- 4
Step 4

4. Lightly grease the bottom of a heatproof dish with olive oil and place the eggplants in it.
- 5
Step 5

5. Then evenly spread a portion of the spinach and mushrooms. You can also add other favorite vegetables.
- 6
Step 6

6. You can use ready-made tomato sauce or make it yourself using fresh tomatoes with spices. Spread the sauce over the vegetables and place several pieces of cheese on top.

Step 7

7. Then, in the same order, layer all the remaining ingredients. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the no-pasta lasagna at home for at least 1 hour.

Step 8

8. After an hour, check the readiness of the eggplants and, if necessary, leave the lasagna in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. If desired, you can also add meat mince to this recipe to make the dish more filling.
