Lavash baked with a filling of tomatoes, brinza, and cheese
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. To make this appetizer, choose thin but pliable lavash. I’m using spinach lavash; you can confidently use the classic kind. I use Dutch cheese with a pleasant, mild flavor and richly flavored brynza—these cheeses pair excellently with tomatoes. Serve the finished dish with a sauce, for example, adjika. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the lavash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and spread them on the lavash.

Step 3

Add thinly sliced leeks and a little basil.

Step 4

Add the grated cheese.

Step 5

Then spread the grated brinza.

Step 6

Roll the lavash into a roll and lightly brush with olive oil. The rolls should be placed seam side down so they do not open during baking. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
