Description

The baking process is simple and quick. Making lavash in a multicooker is very easy. Follow these steps: Step 1: Dissolve the yeast in warm water, then add flour, water, and salt. Mix thoroughly with a spoon for 5–6 minutes. The mixture should turn into a sticky, thick dough. Step 2: Cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm spot for about an hour. Then stir the dough again with a spoon. Step 3: Grease the multicooker bowl with butter (preferably) and pour in a portion of the dough. (The specified amount of ingredients will make approximately 4 lavashes.) Step 4: Turn on the multicooker in the "Warm" setting for 5 minutes, then turn it off. After 30 minutes, switch to the "Baking" program for 20 minutes, then manually turn it off. Step 5: Flip the lavash over and bake again using the same "Baking" program for another 30 minutes. Step 6: Turn off the multicooker and let the lavash cool. Once cooled, dust both sides lightly with flour. For thinner lavash, use less dough per batch. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
