Lavash for the Road
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Besides the usual sandwiches, pies, and belyash, you can treat yourself to a delicious homemade appetizer. I use a meat patty for the filling, which creates a feeling of home coziness and comfort. On the road, there's usually no way to reheat food, so this appetizer will be an excellent alternative. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. I lay the lavash on the table, mix mayonnaise with ketchup, and spread the prepared mixture on the lavash.

2. I cut the cutlet into 2 parts and place it on the lavash.

3. I slice the cheese into thin slices and place it on the cutlet.

4. I slice the salted cucumber into thin slices and place them on top of the cheese.

5. I wash the salad leaves and place them on the cucumber.

6. I fold the lavash like an envelope so the filling doesn’t fall out.

7. I cut off the leftover lavash with a knife or scissors.
