Lavash with spinach
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. I love to fry lavash; it gets a crispy, golden crust that way. My spinach was frozen, so I wilted it in a pan with butter. Fresh spinach can simply be washed, shredded, and mixed with the other ingredients. I really like this filling, so I recommend it to everyone. Serve the appetizer at the table.
