Lavash with condensed milk
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make lavash with condensed milk in just 10 minutes. Use thin and soft lavash, not dense, so it absorbs the filling better. Choose high-quality, reliable, and preferably natural condensed milk and butter. Optionally, you can add chopped walnuts or dried apricots to the filling. The result is a simple yet delicious quick dessert that will delight all sweet lovers. Serve the finished dessert immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. The butter must stand at room temperature and become soft.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine boiled condensed milk and soft butter.
- 3
Step 3

Beat the ingredients with a mixer or electric whisk until a smooth, fluffy mixture is obtained, free of lumps. The cream is ready.
- 4
Step 4

Place the thin lavash on a flat working surface. If you don't have time to let the dessert soak, you can brush the lavash with a silicone brush using sugar syrup or sweet tea. I have a long lavash, so I cut it into two equal parts; if you have small square lavash, use two pieces. Use a spatula to spread the cream in an even layer, leaving a small margin at one edge.
- 5
Step 5

Cover the filling with the second lavash, moisten if necessary, and spread the remaining cream on top.
- 6
Step 6

Roll the lavash with filling into a tight roll.
- 7
Step 7

Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap on all sides. Place the prepared roll in the refrigerator overnight so the filling thoroughly soaks into the lavash. Soft lavash will be easy to slice. If you previously soaked the lavash in syrup, 2-3 hours will be sufficient.

Step 8

After some time, slice the roll into small portion pieces. Arrange them on a plate and, if desired, sprinkle with walnuts or decorative sprinkles.
