Lavash with egg
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I think everyone would agree that your mood for the entire day depends on how you start the morning, so special attention should be given to breakfast. I always try to find bright, tasty, and juicy dishes that are also light and quick to prepare—like this simple recipe for lavash with egg. This dish originates from Abkhazia, but I believe it will appeal to absolutely everyone, especially fans of our classic scrambled eggs, since essentially that's exactly what it is—just wrapped in lavash. Often, other ingredients are added to the filling, such as fresh herbs, tomatoes, or ham; it's a matter of personal taste. But I personally prefer this simple version the most. So, if you want to brighten your day and your loved ones' mornings with a delicious meal, this recipe for lavash with egg will help you do just that. The finished dish is ready to serve.
