Description

These rolls are very easy to make. All you need to do is spread the filling on lavash that has been pre-spread with mayonnaise, roll it into envelopes, and fry in a pan. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the lavash sheet. Spread it over the entire surface with a spatula.

    Now grate the hard cheese. Spread it on the lavash.
