Lavash with cottage cheese in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. When choosing lavash for the dessert, prefer a whole, unbroken, fresh product. Dry lavash will fold poorly and may develop cracks, which will cause the filling to leak. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Make the filling. In a deep bowl, place cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 4 tbsp sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, 80 ml milk.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Stir thoroughly. The mixture should have the consistency of thick sour cream.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Unfold the lavash on a work surface. Spread the cottage cheese filling over it. Roll it up and let it sit on the table for 3–5 minutes to soak. If the lavash is very thin, soaking may not be necessary. Then roll it up “like a snail”.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Take the multicooker bowl and grease the bottom with a thin layer of oil. Lay out the “snail” made of lavash.

Make the sauce. In a bowl combine a cup of sour cream, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp sugar, vanilla to taste. Whisk until smooth.

    Step 7

Pour sauce over the lavash with cottage cheese filling. Place the bowl in the multicooker. Set the "Bake" mode for 45 minutes, and after the program ends, run the "Bake" mode for an additional 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Leave the finished pie in the multicooker for 30 minutes with the lid open. Then remove the dessert using a steamer bowl. Transfer to a plate and it can be served.

The dessert can be served either warm or completely cooled.
