
Lavash with cottage cheese and garlic

Lavash is eaten not only as ordinary bread, but all kinds of dishes are made with it by wrapping the filling inside. The filling for lavash can be very varied: meat, vegetable, and of course cheese. I would like to share with you a recipe for lavash with cottage cheese and garlic. If you prepare lavash using this recipe, you will get not only a tasty but also a hearty appetizer. It can be served warm or chilled.

1. Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream until you have a smooth, uniform mixture.

2. Press the garlic through a garlic press or grate it on a fine grater.

3. Add the garlic to the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Finely chop the dill.

5. Add the dill to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Our filling is ready!

6. Now prepare the lavash. Cut it into 20×35 cm rectangles. Two sheets should yield approximately 4–5 rectangles.

7. Fill the lavash with the filling. Spread the prepared filling on pieces of lavash and roll them into tubes.

8. The appetizer is ready! Store it in a cellophane bag, as the lavash dries out quickly.
