Lavash with cheese in a multicooker
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. For this dish, regular thin Armenian lavash is perfect. You can make it yourself, but if you don't have time or desire to spend a lot of time on it, store-bought lavash works just as well. I used regular cream cheese, but you can mix several types together—this will make the flavor of the finished dish even more interesting. The baked dish is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Unroll the thin lavash and cut out identical circles from it (matching the shape of the multicooker bowl); I got 7 pieces.
- 2
Step 2

2. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 3

3. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, place the first sheet in it, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on it, and sprinkle with hard cheese.

Step 4

4. Cover the cheese layer with the second tortilla, spread mayonnaise again, sprinkle with hard cheese, and repeat the same process with the remaining lavash sheets.

Step 5

5. Pour milk into a bowl, add eggs, and mix with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the lavash with cheese, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Step 6

6. I set the "Baking" mode and set the timer for 30 minutes. Keep in mind that cooking time primarily depends on the power of your multicooker, so if the mixture isn't fully baked, you can always add more time. I serve the baked dish cooled down.
