Lavash with cheese, salmon, and greens
Description
It works for holidays and everyday meals alike. You can serve this appetizer at the table cold (straight from the refrigerator) or fry it in a skillet or bake it in the oven. You can put all kinds of ingredients inside (limited only by your imagination); very popular fillings include: red fish, crab sticks, cheese (processed and hard). Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I take the lavash out of the package and unfold it on the table. My processed cheese is in paste form, so I spread it over the entire lavash surface with a spoon (leaving 1 centimeter along each edge).
- 2
Step 2

2. I cut the red fish off the skin with a sharp knife and slice it into thin slices.
- 3
Step 3

3. Spread the chopped fish evenly over the entire surface of the lavash.
- 4
Step 4

4. Wash the dill (parsley can be used instead), pat dry with paper towels, and chop finely.
- 5
Step 5

5. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the fish across the entire lavash sheet.
- 6
Step 6

6. I roll it into a tight roll; that way it will be easier to slice. I wrap the lavash in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- 7
Step 7

7. I take the well-soaked lavash out of the refrigerator and cut it with a sharp knife, then serve it at the table.
