Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. A very simple and quick appetizer recipe for any celebration. Spread lavash with cream cheese, sprinkle with onion, add salmon, and roll it up. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours, or serve it at the table right away. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    Slice the salmon into thin, almost translucent slices. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    Lay out the lavash and spread it with cream cheese. Any cream cheese will work — "Mascarpone", "Almette", or "Svalia".

    Sprinkle sliced onion on top.

    Place the salmon slices.

    Roll up and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. But if guests are already at the door, you can serve it right away. Cut into pieces, garnish with herbs, and serve!
