
Lavash with Mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This lavash works great as an appetizer. You can make it as a roll or as a layered appetizer cake. If you choose the latter serving option, increase the amount of mushroom filling and first cut circles from the lavash sheet to match the size of the cake. Serve the appetizer at the table.

First, wash the mushrooms and pat them dry.

Slice the prepared mushrooms into thin slices.

Heat the mushrooms in vegetable oil with peeled onion, chopped coarsely.

Cool the filling. Lay the thin Georgian lavash flat on the table.

Prepare the cheese paste. Grate the processed cheese on a grater. Boil 3 chicken eggs until done. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater or dice them with a knife. Mix the cheese with the eggs. Add a little salt and pepper. You can add a little sour cream to make the mixture more pliable.

Spread the cheese filling on a sheet of lavash.

Level it out. Now place the mushroom mixture in the center. Level it out.

Chop the herbs and place them on the mushrooms. You can use any herbs you like. I really love adding green onions.

Roll the lavash into a roll.
