Lavash with saury
Description
This recipe won't take much time. A delicious, fairly hearty appetizer that is easy to prepare will please not only your household but also your guests. After all, such a roll is a perfect addition to your holiday menu. Lavash with saury is most often made for winter holidays, since in summer it is better to fill lavash with fresh vegetables. Making lavash with saury at home takes 15 minutes. Even a child can handle it. The only thing I don't trust children with is slicing the finished roll, since it is best cut with a thin, very sharp knife. Here goes: serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Boil the chicken eggs hard, let them cool, peel them, and cut into small cubes. You can also simply mash them with a fork.
- 2
Step 2

Open the canned saury and drain off the excess liquid. Then mash the fish with a fork into a smooth, even paste.
- 3
Step 3

Spread out a sheet of thin lavash and spread with processed cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Spread the minced saury over the cheese.
- 5
Step 5

Cover with the second lavash and press it down lightly for better adhesion to the first layer. Spread cheese on the second lavash and sprinkle with chopped eggs.
- 6
Step 6

Roll up the roulade. Try to do this carefully and roll it fairly tightly. Wrap the roulade in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
