Lavash with Fish and Cucumber

Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Tasty and fresh, lavash with fish and cucumber made at home always turns out to be the best dish of the evening. At least, my guests always grab pieces of lavash first. Clearly, it really is a wonderful combination — fish, cheese, and cucumber, right? Serve with herbs and sauce.

   1. Spread out the lavash and evenly spread it with sour cream and cream cheese.

   2. Next, as shown in the photo, arrange the fish, cucumbers, and herbs, and sprinkle with spices if desired. Roll into a roll.
