Lavash with liver
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. I think that nowadays only the lazy don’t cook dishes with lavash, because it’s very simple and quite fast. Today I want to offer you a recipe for lavash with liver that will save you in any situation—whether you’re expecting guests or just decided to quickly whip up something tasty for your family. Using the same principle, you can make an appetizer with different fillings, for example with meat or fish; it all depends on your preferences. But experience shows that either way these rolls turn out extraordinarily delicious and are gone within minutes. Now, with this simple lavash-with-liver recipe, you will know how to quickly and easily prepare a great treat for yourself and your guests. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash the vegetables, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
- 2
Step 2

Now sauté the yellow onion in vegetable oil until golden, then transfer it to a bowl. Next, add the carrots to the pan and fry them until tender as well.
- 3
Step 3

Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a colander to drain off excess oil.
- 4
Step 4

Boil the chicken liver in lightly salted water until fully cooked and chop finely.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the liver, onion and carrot, salt and pepper, and add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 6
Step 6

Place the lavash on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over it.
- 7
Step 7

Now place salad leaves on one half of the lavash, press them down, and spread Korean-style carrots on top.
- 8
Step 8

Evenly spread the liver pâté over the carrots.
- 9
Step 9

Cover the filling with the second half of the lavash.
- 10
Step 10

Again, carefully press down the lavash and roll it into a roll.
- 11
Step 11

Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set (do the same with the second lavash). Then slice into pieces and serve the appetizer.
