Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Spread a sheet of lavash on the table. Choose a sheet without holes. When rolling, the filling may come out through these holes. So, spread sour cream on one side of the lavash sheet.
- 2
Step 2

Spread the sour cream over the entire surface of the lavash. Now wash and finely chop the fresh herbs. Sprinkle the lavash with them.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the hard cheese. The easiest way to do this is to grate it on a grater. Spread the cheese on the lavash.
- 4
Step 4

Roll the lavash into a roll. It is better to make the roll tight. Press it lightly so that the edges of the lavash stick together.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the lavash into segments. This can be done with a knife or with kitchen scissors. The optimal segment length is about 7 centimeters.
- 6
Step 6

Place the lavash on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the lavash in the oven for 5–10 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the lavash to the table. Eat it hot. Also, once it cools down, it can become a good snack option for the road or for work.
