Lavash with mayonnaise

    Cut each lavash sheet into four pieces. Spread each one with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

    Grate the processed cheese bars on a grater and sprinkle the lavash with them.

    Sauté the mushrooms with onion in vegetable oil. Spread them on lavash and sprinkle with chopped herbs as well.

    Roll the lavash into rolls, then wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let the flavors meld. Before serving, cut the lavash into pieces.
