Lavash with onion
Description
When I was a child, my grandmother used to make me buns with onion and egg. Back then, I thought it was the most delicious combination in the world. Now, when I feel nostalgic, I make this lavash with onion at home. There's no need to fuss with dough, yet the taste is just the same. Try it yourself.

Step 1

1. Boil the eggs "hard", let them cool. Then grate them on a grater, mix with chopped onion and sour cream. I didn't use spices except salt, but you can add some.

Step 2

2. Lay out the lavash and cut it into equal pieces. The number of pieces should correspond to the number of future servings. Place the filling on each piece and roll tightly into a roll.

Step 3

3. Beat the remaining egg with a whisk until smooth, then brush each roll with the mixture using a pastry brush. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown. Ready!
