
Lavash with mushrooms in the oven
Description
Suitable both for a holiday and for everyday meals. For this dish to turn out truly delicious, it is important to choose the mushrooms correctly. These can be button mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. Finely chop the washed mushrooms, onions, and herbs. Sauté the onions until golden.

Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onion, cover with a lid for 7 minutes. Then remove the lid and fry the mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated.

Add sour cream, salt, and spices to taste. Cut the lavash into triangles and brush the surface with beaten egg.

Spread the mushroom filling on half of each triangle.

Carefully fold in the edges so you get a triangle half the size.

Bake our lavash triangles in the oven on a baking sheet greased with oil beforehand. Baking time is 15–20 minutes. The appetizer can be served at the table!
