Lavash with mushrooms

Description

It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. I don’t know about you, but I really love this wonderful mushroom lavash recipe. For some reason, everyone usually adds chicken fillet while cooking, but personally I don’t like it when things keep falling out of the lavash and the juice runs out. Here you get a fairly light appetizer you definitely won’t be embarrassed to serve at any buffet! And especially if you blend the already fried mushrooms in a blender—you’ll get something like a tender pâté that, together with the cheese, is simply a fantastic combination! So once you know how to make mushroom lavash, don’t hesitate to try it—you’ll like it. Can be served warm or chilled.

    7. Place the roll on a baking tray lined with paper and bake in a preheated oven for no more than 10 minutes. You can flip it a couple of times while baking. Done!
