Lavash with minced meat and mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll tell you—serve it hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the mushrooms and dry them. Peel and wash the onion.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the onion and mushrooms. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the minced meat to the pan and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Add the tomato paste last and simmer for another minute.
- 5
Step 5

For the filling, mix sour cream and eggs. This makes quite a lot, so you could use 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sour cream instead.
- 6
Step 6

Place two lavash sheets together so the roll doesn't tear, then spread the filling from the skillet on top. Leave a little space at the top and bottom.
- 7
Step 7

Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 8
Step 8

If there are large "ears" of lavash left on the right and left sides, cut them off. Leave enough to fold over the filling.
- 9
Step 9

Carefully roll into a log and place in a greased baking dish.
- 10
Step 10

Pour the filling over. Take a spoon and pour it again around all the edges to ensure it's not dry.
- 11
Step 11

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 12
Step 12

Done.
