Kefir lavash
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Lavash prepared this way is quick and easy to make. The baked lavash turns out soft and fluffy inside, with a golden, crispy crust on the outside. This lavash can be used instead of bread—spread with butter or pâté like sandwiches, or served alongside main dishes. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Pour kefir into a bowl and add baking soda, mix with a spatula. Let it sit for 10 minutes until small bubbles appear.

Step 2

2. I sift the flour in advance and mix it with salt, then gradually add it to the bowl with kefir and knead the dough. I wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 40–60 minutes.
