Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Here is a simple recipe for lavash to serve with beer. I use thin Armenian lavash, which is easy to divide into 4–6 pieces. Any fresh vegetables work for the filling; you can also add something with meat. Enjoy cooking. Serve warm or chilled.

    Cut a large sheet of lavash into 4 equal parts.

    Spread each sheet with mustard and mayonnaise. Top with tomato pieces and chopped onion.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top.
