Lavash without cheese
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Chickpeas are quite a finicky product, and not everyone likes them. I spotted a jar of canned chickpeas and decided I absolutely had to try it! To make lavash without cheese, I used those canned chickpeas and made a filling from them. It turned out very tasty, so that is why I am sharing my experience with you. By the way, if you are a strict vegetarian and do not accept even dairy products, you can replace the yogurt with hummus or soy sauce: there is plenty of room for your culinary imagination.
