Lavender cupcakes
Description
The baked goods are simple and quick to make. Once cooled, the little cupcakes can be soaked in sugar syrup or lavender-flavored syrup. You can also add any berry filling. Blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are all good choices.
Instructions

Step 1

To make the cupcakes, prepare the ingredients you need. Sift the flour through a sieve ahead of time to aerate it with oxygen.
- 2
Step 2

Combine the milk with the butter. Add the coloring. Grind the lavender blossoms in a coffee grinder and add them to the saucepan. Place over heat and bring to a boil.
- 3
Step 3

Combine the eggs with the sugar and beat until thick and fluffy. The beaten eggs will turn pale.
- 4
Step 4

Alternately mix the flour with baking soda and the milk mixture into the eggs. The batter will be purple in color.
- 5
Step 5

Pour the finished batter into cupcake molds. I got 12 pieces. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25–30 minutes. Adjust according to your oven.
- 6
Step 6

The finished cupcakes will have increased in size and will spring back slightly when pressed. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- 7
Step 7

To make the cream, combine the cream with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whip until light and fluffy.
- 8
Step 8

Using a piping bag with a tip, pipe a cap of cream onto each cupcake. The cream can be tinted any color you like.
- 9
Step 9

Let the cupcakes rest in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours so the frosting sets.
