1. Brew strong natural coffee. Pour 100 ml of boiling water over 2 tsp of ground coffee with sugar and cover with a lid. Let it steep.

2. Meanwhile, whip the room-temperature milk into a foam. Use a blender or a whisk attachment for several minutes.

3. Into the cup in which you will serve the latte, first pour the foam, filling the cup almost to the top. Then, slowly pour the coffee into the center of the foam in a thin stream.
