1. Before preparing the swallow's nests, boil an egg. Wash it first. After the egg is hard-boiled, rinse it with cold water.

2. Soak the bun in milk, finely chop the onion. Combine everything with the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then mix thoroughly.

3. From the resulting mixture, form two patties and make a small indentation in the center of each. Place the patties into a baking dish. Into one patty, crack raw eggs. Into the other, place a boiled and peeled egg.
