Description
Teriyaki sauce gives the dish a sweet and salty flavor. Keep this in mind when adding salt. Be sure to taste the dish during cooking.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Before starting the preparation, gather all the necessary ingredients. You can slightly adjust the proportions to suit your taste preferences. Choose a young, small zucchini with soft skin and no seeds.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the pork into thin strips, place in a bowl, and pour teriyaki sauce over it.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the meat with the sauce. Add salt and spices. Let it marinate for 2-4 hours.
- 4
Step 4

For frying, heat the pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. Place the meat in the pan and fry for 7-10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Meanwhile, peel and chop the vegetables — carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- 6
Step 6

Place the prepared vegetables into the pan with the meat. Cover with a lid and simmer together over low heat for 15–20 minutes. If necessary, add a little water.
- 7
Step 7

Then add the green beans to the pan. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste. You can add a bit more teriyaki sauce. If you prefer more sauce, add some water.
- 8
Step 8

Meanwhile, cook the noodles or spaghetti in boiling water. Boil in boiling water for 7-10 minutes until tender. Then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- 9
Step 9

Pork with vegetables in teriyaki sauce is ready. You can mix it directly with noodles, or place the noodles on a plate and top with the meat. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 10
Step 10

Serve at the table.
