Noodles with tomatoes
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I like this noodle with tomatoes recipe for its simplicity and speed. Yet the taste of this dish is also worth noting, and it always looks appetizing. As a light, diet-friendly alternative to real spaghetti with a heavy sauce, noodles with tomatoes are perfect. 1. First, heat slightly salted water with a bit of vegetable oil. 2. Wash and peel all the vegetables and herbs. Remove the skin from the tomatoes as well. 3. Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook them as usual. 4. In a frying pan, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent. 5. Add finely chopped tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables, then reduce the heat. Let it simmer until the tomatoes release their juice and turn into a puree. 6. Now add finely chopped basil, salt, and pepper to the sauce, then immediately remove from heat. You can either pour this sauce over the cooked noodles and serve, or add the cooked noodles to the pan and lightly sauté them in the sauce—this is up to your preference. Homemade noodles with tomatoes are ready. Serve hot.
