
Beef Noodle Soup with Chinese Cabbage

1. Put the beef in the freezer for about 20 minutes to make it easier to slice into thin strips. Cook the noodles according to the instructions.

2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and chopped greens (in this case, onion).
