Thai-style noodles with pork
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Those who easily master new combinations of familiar ingredients will enjoy this Thai-style pork noodle dish. As you can see, all the ingredients are simple, but combining them in a tasty way (to create an exotic dish)—well, that's probably an art. I based it on a traditional Thai recipe, replacing exotic ingredients like seaweed and turtle meat with more familiar ones. The result was delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. In a food processor, finely grind the pork fillet until smooth.

Step 2

2. Add chopped green onion, breadcrumbs, ginger (sliced and peeled), salt, soy sauce, and pepper (I'm using hot white pepper) to the mixture. Mix until uniform, then add soy sauce and eggs.

Step 3

3. Shape the resulting mixture into balls. You can fry them, but I prefer baking - it's healthier.

Step 4

4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Cut the cooked noodles into smaller pieces.

Step 5

5. Add the chopped mushrooms, onion, spinach, carrots, and spices to taste. Bring to a boil, then add the meatballs.

Step 6

6. That's it! Bring to a boil once again, add spices to taste, and the dish is ready to serve!
