Description
Serve these "nests" immediately after preparation. I used ready-made meatballs, but you can make them yourself from ground meat or mince the meat through a meat grinder, adding your favorite spices. You can use not only meat, but also vegetables or seafood, for example. This presentation will pleasantly surprise your family.

1. Boil the noodles in salted water until cooked, then drain in a colander and rinse.

2. Crack the egg into a bowl, add the sauce, grated cheese, salt, and spices to taste, and mix well.

3. Add the sauce to the bowl with the pasta and mix the contents.

4. Grease the cupcake molds with vegetable oil, place a small amount of noodles in each, then put one meatball inside and a drop of sauce.
