
Langoustines in creamy sauce

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Peel the onion and garlic, then rinse them in water. Slice half of the onion into half-rings and cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add both sliced ingredients. Sauté for about 2–3 minutes, then add the washed langoustines. Remember, the vegetables should not burn!

Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Pour in the cream and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Do not simmer seafood on high or medium heat — the cream will foam excessively!

Season the langoustines with salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add other spices, herbs, etc. Simmer in the cream for about 3-4 minutes, then turn off the heat.
